Welcome to Studiopixart. By accessing or using any of our services, websites, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all our services’ clients, visitors, and users. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services. 

Studiopixart is a full-service creative and business solutions agency dedicated to managing all aspects of your venture with expertise and precision. Our offerings span branding and identity development, graphic design, printing services, digital marketing, online advertising, website design, promotional content, creative multimedia solutions, and interior design services. We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for businesses and individuals seeking standout visibility and impact.

Scope of Services

Our services are tailored to the needs of each client and are initiated upon mutual agreement, which may be in the form of a written proposal, signed contract, email confirmation, or payment of an invoice. Studiopixart reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Any new features or services added shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for project planning and execution. This includes design briefs, brand assets, content, approval of drafts, and other essential inputs. Studiopixart shall not be held liable for delays or project outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Clients agree to review work in progress and provide feedback within a reasonable time frame. Delays in response or approval may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees. Once a final product is approved by the client, any further changes may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All original materials created by Studiopixart, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, promotional content, and interior layouts, remain the intellectual property of Studiopixart until full payment has been received. Once full payment is made, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the final deliverables solely for the purposes outlined in the agreement.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or on our website unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any third-party assets (such as fonts, images, or music) utilized in the project will be properly licensed, and the client must ensure compliance with the associated licensing requirements.

Payments and Billing

All pricing and payment terms will be communicated before the start of a project. Studiopixart typically requires a deposit or full upfront payment depending on the nature and scope of the project. The remaining balances are due upon completion, before the delivery of final files or publishing of digital content.

If payments are not made on time, interest charges may apply, and services could be suspended until the balance is settled. In cases where a payment dispute arises, Studiopixart reserves the right to pause work until the matter is resolved. No refunds will be issued for completed work or approved stages of a project.

Revisions and Project Scope

Each project includes a predefined number of revisions, which will be stated in the proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra charges. If the client requests changes that significantly alter the original scope, a new agreement or quote may be issued.

We strive to deliver work that meets your expectations and reflects your brand’s identity. However, creative work is inherently subjective, and while we value your feedback, we are not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction if the project was executed according to the approved brief and project plan.

Confidentiality

Studiopixart respects the confidentiality of our clients and their businesses. We agree not to disclose or use any proprietary information shared with us during the course of the project for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed services. Likewise, clients agree to respect our proprietary methods, designs, and business processes.

Use of Third-Party Services

Some services may involve the integration or use of third-party platforms (e.g., advertising channels, hosting providers, social media platforms, or printers). While we carefully choose our partners, Studiopixart is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services utilized within a project.

Limitation of Liability

Studiopixart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, reputation, or opportunities.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project or service engagement with written notice. If a project is terminated by the client before completion, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Studiopixart may also terminate a project if the client is in breach of these terms or fails to communicate effectively or meet agreed deadlines.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philippines.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
